Cruitin, LLC. is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a new LIHTC affordable housing lease-up. You will oversee compliance, leasing activity, and resident services to drive stabilization and strong occupancy from ground up.

The role requires managing regulatory filings, coordinating with compliance teams, and leading on-site staff to deliver exceptional resident service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing and LIHTC.
• Experience managing a lease-up property and achieving occupancy goals.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations, compliance procedures, and affordable housing programs.
• Experience reviewing and approving resident qualification files.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lease-up process for a new affordable housing community.
• Manage daily property operations and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Oversee LIHTC and affordable housing compliance including certifications and verifications.
• Coordinate marketing and outreach to drive leasing activity and occupancy targets.
• Supervise on-site staff and third-party vendors and ensure regulatory compliance.
