Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a garden-style community in Charlotte, NC. You will lead a team, manage budgets, enforce leases, and drive occupancy and revenue growth while ensuring compliance with housing laws and company standards.

The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, and strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates, and managing collections and reporting.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and securing insurance certificates.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applicant screening, renewals, inspections, notices, and evictions as needed.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and coordinating maintenance responses.
