Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family property in Charleston, SC, ensuring budget targets and occupancy goals are met. You will lead the on-site team, manage finances, and coordinate with vendors, residents, and ownership to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities include rent governance, maintenance supervision, and ensuring compliance with housing laws and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and lead on-site team members.
• Develop budgets, analyze financial statements, and monitor revenue growth.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and overall property appearance.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; coordinate with owners and vendors as needed.
