Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an apartment community in Charleston, SC. You will manage staff, budgets, leasing, and compliance, ensuring high standards of service and resident satisfaction across the property.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management or related fields, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background to manage day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community and staff.
• Manage budgets, rent collection, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Lead leasing, enforcement, inspections, and compliance with policies.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely service responses.
