Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community in Myrtle Beach. You will manage staff, supervise leasing and maintenance, and drive occupancy and revenue in line with budgets.

You will analyze financials, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations while delivering exceptional resident service and maintaining property standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and oversee the team to hit budgeted goals.
• Analyze financial statements and prepare monthly status reports.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and enforcement processes per lease terms.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and client/owner on finances and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies and provide resident satisfaction.
