Job summary

University Partners seeks a Community Manager to oversee property operations, budgeting, and staff supervision. The role drives occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through marketing plans, cost controls, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include staff training, leasing oversight, capital project coordination, and enforcing safety and housing policies. Bachelor's degree required; experience with Entrata and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read/interpret business materials and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual business-marketing plans for occupancy goals.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and occupancy reports monthly.
• Maintain budgeted occupancy at rental rates and maximize NOI.
• Recruit, train, and supervise leasing consultants and maintenance staff.
• Handle resident issues, renewals, and move-ins/outs with proper documentation.
• Oversee repairs, alterations, and capital projects with approvals.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and fair housing laws.
• Coordinate after-hours responses and community events.
