Redstone Residential is seeking a Community Manager to lead all on-site property operations and reports to the Regional Manager. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction by coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies while ensuring budget adherence and timely reporting.

You should bring a client-ready demeanor, strong budgeting and P&L ownership, project management skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Client-ready professional demeanor and presentation.
• Detail-oriented with budget management and P&L ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with property management software.
• Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Office.
• Team player with ability to coach staff and drive performance.

Responsabilités

• Monitor on-site KPIs and manage the property within the approved operating budget.
• Oversee lease-up, occupancy, revenue, and resident retention strategies.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal plans for occupancy goals.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency.
• Collaborate with staff in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Foster a positive resident experience and build community relationships.
• Submit weekly and monthly property reports to Redstone.
