Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Community Manager (Full-Time, Exempt) to protect, maintain and enhance community value while maximizing residents’ living experience.

You will direct and coordinate overall operational activities, lead on-site teams, supervise maintenance and leasing, and ensure lease data accuracy in management software. The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and project leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law and resident relations.
• Entrata or similar property management software preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities across maintenance, marketing, leasing and safety.
• Aim to improve community performance to meet financial and operational goals.
• Manage cash flow and leasing strategy to create operating income.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variance from budget.
