Job summary

Greystar is seeking a property management leader for an Atlanta-area community to run day-to-day operations, lead a team, and drive financial and operational goals. You will ensure compliance with policies and regulations while maximizing occupancy and revenue in a midrise property.

You will oversee budgeting, leasing, maintenance coordination, and staff development, with emphasis on resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Experience in multifamily property operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rents and fees.
• Review invoices, reconcile payments, and manage vendor communications.
• Develop and monitor property budgets and financial reports.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
• Lead property staff, hire/train, and manage performance.
• Engage with owners to report performance and address requests.
