Job summary

Greystar is seeking a property operations leader to manage day-to-day property performance at a Greystar-managed community in Atlanta. You will supervise staff, drive budget adherence, and coordinate leasing, marketing, and service request responses to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include enforcing leases, supervising maintenance, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years of property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, team management, and budget adherence.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and income targets to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other laws.
• Supervise maintenance, vendor contracts, and tenant relations.
