Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a Georgia apartment community, managing staff, budgets, and vendor relations to meet financial and occupancy targets. You will enforce leases, monitor market trends, and drive resident satisfaction.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong communication, and budgeting skills, plus proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; travel and on-site duties are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead and collaborate.

Aufgaben

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, leading the team and resources to meet budgeted financial and operating goals while complying with laws.
• Develop budgets input by analyzing financial statements and market information; set rent rates and ensure timely collection and reporting of revenues.
• Oversee lease processes including applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and evictions; monitor compliance with lease terms.
• Analyze market trends and implement short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and maintaining property standards; supervise maintenance staff and conduct regular inspections.
