ZRS Management in the United States seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across apartment communities. You will lead leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations to maximize profitability and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Previous property manager experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
• Knowledge of property management software and marketing tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to set competitive rental rates.
• Hire, train and supervise leasing consultants, maintenance staff and admin personnel.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders, move-ins and make-readies.
• Oversee lease renewals and negotiate terms to maximize retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare budgets and analyze financial performance; maintain accurate financial records.

Job Description:As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential.
