ZRS Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities in Dallas, TX. You will manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations while driving revenue.

The role requires leadership to hire and supervise a team, implement marketing strategies, assess market rates, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Experience in multifamily property management is highly preferred.
• Strong computer, math, and reasoning skills are essential.
• Knowledge of property management software and marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate a team of staff and leasing consultants.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to set competitive rental rates and maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders, move-ins, and make-readies.
• Ensure lease renewals are optimized and regulatory compliance is maintained.

Job Description:As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential.
