ZRS Management LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily communities, ensuring efficiency and profitability while delivering outstanding resident service.

You will manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations; develop marketing strategies; conduct market research to set competitive rents; hire and supervise staff; coordinate maintenance, move-ins, and renewals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is a must; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Previous experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily apartment industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.

Job Description:As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential.
