ZRS Management LLC in McKinney, TX is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our apartment communities. You will lead leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and resident relations while maximizing revenue and ensuring excellent service. Responsibilities include marketing, market-rate pricing, staff supervision, and coordinating with maintenance to complete work orders.

• Experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.

Responsibilities

Job Description:As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential.
