Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager in Houston to oversee a property or group of properties under client management agreements.

The role covers lease administration, budget development, CAM reconciliations, vendor management, and compliance with policies and regulations. Travel between properties is required and collaboration with leasing and accounting teams is essential to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process is a plus.
• Real estate license desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes and regulations.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets; oversee CAM reconciliations and reporting.
• Bid, negotiate and manage vendor contracts as required.
• Abstract leases in lease administration software.
• Coordinate with owners and accounting to ensure contract compliance and reporting.
• Engage in leasing meetings and coordinate with leasing team; maintain tenant relations.
