Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Associate Property Manager, Multifamily (Floating) in Houston to support the Regional Property Manager with day-to-day operations, leasing, budgeting, forecasting, and resident satisfaction. This role leads an on-site team and ensures high service levels for residents and stakeholders.

You will oversee maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, and vendor contracts while enforcing Cushman & Wakefield policies to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational school required.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Property Manager with overall operations of the building.
• Ensure the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc.
