Job summary

Drucker + Falk LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations under the supervision of the Regional Property Manager. Responsibilities include staff leadership, leasing, rent collection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and resident relations.

The role requires several years of property management experience and relevant certifications; travel is occasionally required. The position offers benefits and growth opportunities with Drucker + Falk LLC.

Qualifications

• 4 year Degree (preferred).
• 2 year Associates Degree.
• 7 years general, Full Time business experience.
• 3 years experience in Property Management.
• ARM, CAM, RAM, or HCCP preferred

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees per Drucker + Falk LLC policy.
• Perform written evaluations of employees and salary recommendations.
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to payroll policies.
• Adhere to Drucker + Falk LLC policies.
• Assist in leasing apartments and prepare leases.
• Collect rents and handle delinquency matters.
• Maintain financial records and accounting policies.
• Purchase office supplies according to policy.
• Supervise outside contractors on the property.
• Handle move-ins/move-outs and inspections.
• Ensure residents have a clean, well-maintained community.
• Work within the budget and report variances.
• Establish maintenance schedules and staffing allocations.
• Market the apartment community.
• Assist in preparing the annual operating budget.
• Communicate with employees, residents, applicants, and vendors.
• Travel as required.
