Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company seeks a Property Manager to lead the on-site team and drive performance across rents, occupancy, and resident relations. The role focuses on leasing oversight, staff coaching, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a dynamic residential portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience, including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Exposure to property management software; Yardi preferred.
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information.
• Understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, including stairs.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• State license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance by managing rents, occupancy and expenditures.
• Lead resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maximize occupancy.
• Address resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and local regulations.
• Train and mentor onsite staff.
• Handle daily leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgeting; discuss with Regional Property Manager.
• Prepare annual asset business plans and budgets.
• Perform lease audits and maintain file integrity.
• Additional duties as assigned.
