Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the financial performance, leasing and resident relations across a multifamily community. You will manage rents, occupancy, expenditures, and lead a team of onsite staff to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires at least 1 year of onsite property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; ability to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Lead leasing, renewals and retention programs to maximize occupancy.
• Manage resident relations and address calls/concerns.
• Ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Train and supervise onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgeting; support asset plans.
• Audit lease files and ensure policy adherence.
• Other duties as assigned.
