Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee financial performance, leasing, and resident relations across our communities. The role emphasizes lead-by-example management, driving occupancy, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have onsite property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train staff while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and team leadership.
• Proven ability to manage leasing and financials.
• Experience with property management software and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Oversee retention, renewal and leasing programs to maximize occupancy.
• Handle resident relations: calls, requests, concerns.
• Ensure policy compliance with federal and local regulations.
• Train and coach onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and prepare asset plans and budgets.
• Process leasing paperwork and maintain files.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
