Qualifications

• onsite property management experience and bookkeeping knowledge required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Exposure to property management software and accounting software, Yardi a plus.
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information.
• Understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance of the property including rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Oversee resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Handle resident relations and respond to inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and local/federal regulations.
• Train and supervise onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgeting with regional leadership.
• Audit lease files and maintain policy adherence.
• Additional duties as assigned.
