Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager in the United States to lead day-to-day property operations, drive financial performance, and maintain high occupancies across the community.

You will supervise onsite staff, manage leasing, renewals, and resident relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. A year of onsite property management experience is expected along with relevant education background.

Formación

• Onsite property management experience required (min 1 year).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong interpersonal communication; ability to lead a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a plus.
• Financial understanding and budgeting knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Oversee leasing programs to maximize occupancy.
• Handle resident relations, calls and requests.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgets; plan budgets.
• Audit lease files and ensure policy adherence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
