Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager in California to oversee all aspects of a property's daily operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services. You will ensure efficient operations, manage vendor contracts, and produce monthly reporting.

You will lead the team, focus on resident satisfaction, and drive lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management while upholding company standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and lease administration.
• Oversee supplier contracts, maintenance, and rent collection and delinquency management.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, corrective feedback, and hiring.
• Create a climate in which associates want to do their best by leading and communicating a shared vision.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand the operations guidelines established within the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and issues and liaise with residents and the corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and networking.
