Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Operations Manager for our California portfolio. You will support the property manager, oversee leasing and maintenance teams, and drive occupancy, collections and tenant satisfaction at the assigned community.

Required are a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 1–2 years in property management, and 1–3 years in customer service. Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–2 years in property management.
• 1–3 years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the property manager in executing the operations strategy for the assigned community.
• Oversee leasing and maintenance supervision, marketing, and resident retention.
• Ensure move-in readiness and manage renewals and lease administration.
