Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead, coach, and develop associates with a shared vision.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Adhere to operations guidelines in the management agreement.
• Address resident complaints and liaise with corporate on maintenance and rules.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networks.
• Organize site disaster and evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
