Avenue5 Residential in Moses Lake, WA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, and monthly reporting, ensuring resident satisfaction and a high standard of service. You will lead staff, manage contracts, coordinate maintenance, and execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents, while maintaining safety and compliance across the property.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of property management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Lead lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff.
• Lead marketing and occupancy strategies per plan.
• Ensure compliance with property management agreements.
• Maintain safety records and risk management.
