Drucker + Falk is seeking a Property Manager for The Orchard in Dublin, OH. You will oversee all phases of property operations, including administration, maintenance, staffing, leasing, and financial controls.

Key responsibilities include staff supervision, leasing, rent collection, budget management, and ensuring high-quality living environments. Travel is required; a sign-on bonus is offered and benefits include 401K, health/dental/life insurance.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree preferred.
• 2 year associate degree.
• 7 years general, full-time business experience.
• 3 years experience in property management.

Responsabilités

• Train and supervise staff under their supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees per Drucker + Falk LLC policy.
• Prepare leases and related forms.
• Assist in leasing apartments and collect rents; handle delinquencies.
• Maintain financial records and adhere to accounting policies.
• Coordinate maintenance and supervise outside contractors.
• Inspect properties and manage move-ins/move-outs.
• Prepare annual operating budget; manage expenses within budget.
• Communicate with residents, vendors and staff.
• Travel as required.

4 year Degree (preferred)

2 year Associates Degree
