Job summary

Drucker + Falk LLC is seeking a Property Manager for The Orchard in Dublin, OH. This full-time management role will supervise staff, oversee leasing, collect rents, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a well-kept, resident-focused community.

Travel is required; the position offers growth potential and benefits. A 4-year or 2-year degree with property management experience is preferred, along with ARM/CAM/RAM/HCCP certifications where applicable.

Qualifications

• 4 year Degree preferred for management responsibility.
• 2 year Associates Degree acceptable with relevant experience.
• 7 years general business experience (full time).
• 3 years experience in Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff delivering daily operations.
• Hire/terminate employees per policy and manage payroll data.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and delinquency matters.
• Prepare leases and related forms, track budgets and expenditures.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and maintain property standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, inspections, and move-ins/outs.
• Develop annual operating budget with Regional Property Manager.
• Deliver excellent resident service and timely communications.
