Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level while maintaining service.
• Maintain courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and resolve issues.
• Explain company policies to residents and potential residents.
• Maintain accurate resident files and enter data per policy.
• Assist in developing a resident retention/renewal program.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in for market readiness.
• Assist in leasing activities and resident relations.
• Be aware of competitive rent levels and community facts.
• Prepare market survey reports as needed.
• Greet new residents and assist with move-in.
• Show model and available vacancies.
• Travel may be required; occasional weekends.
