Premier Housing Management in Minneapolis-St. Paul seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations and sustain 97-100% occupancy. You will assist with leasing, certifications, and data entry in YARDI, while coordinating waiting lists, screenings, and regulatory compliance.

Strong organization and communication are essential. The role requires knowledge of subsidy programs and the ability to work across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent two years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of government subsidy programs is preferred.
• Experience in leasing and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily property operations to maintain occupancy goals.
• Process certifications per Section 8 and LIHTC regulations.
• Enter tenant data in YARDI and maintain resident files.
• Coordinate waiting list and applicant screening under HUD rules.
• Prepare lease documents and schedule signings; meet deadlines.
