Timberland Partners Inc. seeks a Property Manager for the Jordan Mills & Creek community in Rochester, MN. The role oversees staffing, marketing, maintenance, and resident relations, ensuring the property runs smoothly and achieves growth.

Responsibilities include setting leasing strategy, reviewing applications, preparing leases, coordinating maintenance, and mentoring on-site staff, with emphasis on customer service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years on-site Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Manager experience or 3+ years of supervisory experience with customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage community rental rates to maximize income.
• Address resident complaints, concerns and requests appropriately.
• Maintain the community’s appearance and report/complete necessary maintenance.
• Implement marketing initiatives and strategies as prescribed by Marketing Department.
• Review applications, prepare leases and complete all paperwork.
• Ensure apartment is ready for move-in on the date.
• Orient new residents to the community.
• Prepare annual budgets.
• Collect deposits, rent payments and other charges in a timely manner.
• Set work schedules for on-site employees.
• Lead by example and support staff development.
