Job summary

Timberland Partners in Rochester, MN is seeking a Property Manager to oversee Jordan Mills & Creek, a 181-unit community. You will manage staffing, marketing, maintenance, and resident relations to maximize performance and satisfaction.

The role involves budgeting, on-site supervision, and ensuring move-in readiness. Previous property management experience is required, with preference for multi-site exposure and YARDI/Office software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous Property Manager experience required.
• Multi-site management is a plus.
• 2+ years on-site leasing or assistant manager experience or 3+ years supervisory experience with customer service.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Active apartment association membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage community rental rates to maximize income.
• Address resident complaints, concerns and requests.
• Maintain the community's appearance and report completed maintenance.
• Lead marketing initiatives as prescribed by Marketing Department.
• Review applications, prepare leases and complete paperwork.
• Ensure apartment is ready for move-in on the date.
• Orient new residents to the community.
• Prepare annual budgets.
• Collect deposits, rent and other charges in a timely manner.
• Set work schedules for on-site staff.
• Support staff development and growth.
