Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our residential community. You will drive occupancy, manage budgets, supervise onsite staff, and ensure compliance with policy and regulations.

The role requires strong people skills, experience in leasing and bookkeeping, and familiarity with property management software (Yardi preferred). Weekend availability and a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience in onsite property management with leasing and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Familiarity with property management software; Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maximize occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff; manage leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgets; contribute to annual plans.
