Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience: hiring, coaching, budgeting.
• Knowledge of multifamily management practices and regulatory compliance.
• Understanding of balancing income and expenses for results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the property management team to deliver referral-worthy customer experiences.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, evictions, budgeting and accounting practices.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and oversee property safety and maintenance.
