Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience: hiring, training, and coaching.
• Knowledge of multifamily management practices and Fair Housing laws.
• Strong ability to balance income and expenses for best results.
• Familiarity with OneSite and Ops Technology encouraged.
