Ideal candidates have strong supervisory skills, budgeting know-how, and familiarity with multifamily practices. Occasional travel may be required, with a focus on achieving top-line results and building a thriving community.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required.
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes.
• Understanding of balancing income and expenses for best results.
• Occasional travel required.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor the property management team to deliver excellent service.
• Balance business and service needs to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure resident relations, leasing, and maintenance meet standards.
• Represent the property and community in interactions with owners and residents.
