Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the property management team while exemplifying the company mission
• Balance income and expenses to ensure the best overall results and strong bottom line
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers and maintain resident relations
• Oversee compliance with Fair Housing laws and standards, maintenance, leasing, and safety procedures
