Job summary

Pegasus Residential seeks a Property Manager to lead and develop a high-performance property management team. You will drive leasing, resident relations, and financial stewardship to ensure superior property performance.

You will balance operational duties with strategic planning, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and delivering outstanding customer experiences for residents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and balancing income and expenses to achieve best results.
• Occasional travel required.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
