Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC seeks a seasoned Property Manager to lead multifamily communities with a focus on guest experience, staff development, and financial performance. You will coach, mentor, and drive a team to exceed leasing, maintenance, and resident relations goals while upholding Fair Housing practices.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of residential property management, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of property management software such as OneSite.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead, communicate, coach, mentor and train your team to deliver referral-worth customer experiences.
• Balance people leadership with business strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
• Represent the property management team to internal and external stakeholders and ensure consistent service quality.
