Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and Fair Housing laws.
• Strong understanding of balancing income and expenses to achieve best results.
• Knowledge of OneSite strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the property management team to deliver excellent resident service.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance and cost controls for the property.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and multifamily operations.
• Maintain resident relations, leasing, rent collection and property safety.
• Coordinate maintenance and use of property management software.
