Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience: hiring, training, coaching and budgeting.
• Working knowledge of multifamily management: Fair Housing, leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and accounting.
• Understanding of balancing income and expenses for best results.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology encouraged.
