SAHA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee Linda Glen and Glen Brook Terrace in Oakland, CA. You will ensure property operations run smoothly, maintain compliance with funding rules, and coordinate with on-site teams to support residents.

The role involves supervising staff, collaborating with Resident Services and Maintenance, and working with SAHA’s portfolio to meet property needs and provide a stable, affordable living environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Affordable housing or property management experience preferred.
• Experience with HUD, Section 8, or Tax Credit programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and maintenance.
• Provide supervision to assigned staff and coordinate with Resident Services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and funding requirements.
