SATELLITE AFFORDABLE HOUSING ASSOCIATES PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at Ashby Lofts/Studios/Apartments and Harmon Gardens in Berkeley, CA. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring maintenance, and working with Resident Services and Maintenance teams to support residents.

Qualifications focus on supervisory experience, knowledge of affordable housing programs, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (Tax Credit, HUD, Section 8) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts and maintain calm in tense situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations to ensure maintenance and compliance with policies.
• Supervise assigned staff and coordinate with Resident Services and Maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with SAHA portfolio Property Managers on special projects and property needs.
