Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA) operates Madison at 14th Street Apartments in Oakland, CA, seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations and lead on-site staff. The role collaborates with Resident Services and Maintenance to ensure a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents.

The successful candidate will have affordable housing or property management experience, at least one year of supervisory experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of affordable housing programs is strongly preferred.
• Affordable housing and/or property management experience is strongly preferred.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to de-escalate and resolve conflicts with residents and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate with Resident Services and Maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and funding requirements.
• Collaborate with SAHA property managers across the portfolio.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
