Job summary

SAHA is seeking a Property Manager for Orchard Senior Homes and Redwood Hill Townhomes in Oakland, CA. The role oversees daily operations, ensures compliance with policies, and provides leadership to staff across on-site teams.

You will collaborate with Resident Services and Maintenance to support residents and address property needs, while coordinating with other SAHA managers on portfolio-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Affordable housing or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Tax Credit, HUD, Section 8 programs preferred.
• Ability to de-escalate and resolve conflict with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations.
• Supervise assigned staff and coordinate with Resident Services.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to address property needs.
• Work with SAHA property managers on portfolio initiatives.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
