Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years property management experience (LIHTC/HUD familiarity a plus).
• Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Establish rent levels with senior management.
• Review rent schedules; oversee rent increases and renewals.
• Maintain occupancy and process move-ins/outs/recertifications/renewals.
