USA Multifamily Management, Inc. seeks an Assistant Community Manager for the Terracina Gold I & II Family Apartments in Sacramento, CA. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Community Manager and offers a competitive starting wage of $28–$32 per hour.

Key duties include LIHTC compliance, leasing support, rent processing, resident communications, and coordination with the Compliance Department. Candidates should have at least six months of on-site LIHTC property experience, proficiency

Qualifications

• Six months of on-site property management experience at a Tax Credit/LIHTC property
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Valid driver’s license required
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required

Responsabilités

• Maintain LIHTC and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with resident screening, applications and recertifications.
• Process rent payments and review aged receivables with Community Manager.
• Support leasing and customer service efforts with residents and waitlists.
• Collaborate with Compliance Dept and third parties to ensure accurate paperwork.
