Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, social work, or related field.
• 2–3 years of property management experience.
• HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8 experience required.
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee income recertification, leasing, and re-leasing.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide high-quality service to residents, vendors, and staff.
• Prepare monthly financial reports with variance explanations.
• Assist in annual budgeting process.
