ServiceSource is seeking a Property Manager to support Housing Department operations across HUD-assisted and LIHTC programs. You will oversee occupancy, eligibility, leasing, records, audits, and financial administration for a portfolio of housing across 20+ corporations and 40+ waiting lists.

The role requires knowledge of fair housing, EIV security, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and resident service. Travel to organizational sites is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• COS certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CAM license preferred.
• Real Estate Sales Associate license preferred.
• Certifications such as CMM, Fair Housing Specialist preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare for audits and inspections, and support regulatory reviews.
• Manage occupancy, leasing, and waiting lists across multiple properties.
• Coordinate applicant, resident, and certification files with partners and regulators.
• Collect rent, post payments, and manage resident accounts and collections.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and timely reporting.
